بتنزيل تطبيق معيار المعلم أو تثبيته أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
By downloading, installing, or using Meyar Almoallem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. وصف الخدمة2. Description of the Service
معيار المعلم تطبيق للهاتف المحمول يعمل دون إنترنت (Offline-first)، مخصص لمساعدة المعلمين على إدارة الشعب والطلاب والحضور والدرجات والمشاركات والواجبات والجدول الأسبوعي، وتصحيح أوراق الإجابة بتقنية OMR، وإنشاء تقارير وشهادات PDF، ونسخ البيانات احتياطياً واستعادتها.
Meyar Almoallem is a mobile app that operates offline-first, designed to help teachers manage classes, students, attendance, grades, participation, homework, and weekly schedules, grade OMR answer sheets, generate PDF reports and certificates, and back up and restore data.
3. التجربة المجانية3. Free Trial
يمنح التطبيق تجربة مجانية مدتها 7 أيام تبدأ تلقائياً عند أول تشغيل. تُمنح تجربة واحدة لكل جهاز. بعد انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، يتطلب الاستمرار في استخدام الميزات المدفوعة اشتراكاً فعّالاً.
The app grants a 7-day free trial that starts automatically on first launch. One trial is granted per device. After the trial period ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.
4. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات4. Subscriptions & Payments
تُدار الاشتراكات ومعالجة المدفوعات بالكامل عبر Google Play Billing أو App Store، حسب المنصّة التي تستخدمها. تظهر خطط الاشتراك وأسعارها الحالية داخل التطبيق وفي صفحة التطبيق على المتجر قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء. لا نقوم بجمع أو تخزين معلومات بطاقات الدفع بأنفسنا.
يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو تجديده أو إلغاءه في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات حسابك في المتجر المستخدَم. تخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسات Google Play أو App Store، حسب الحال.
Subscriptions and payment processing are handled entirely through Google Play Billing or the App Store, depending on your platform. Current subscription plans and pricing are shown in-app and on the store listing before any purchase is completed. We do not collect or store payment card information ourselves.
You may manage, renew, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the store you used. Refunds are subject to Google Play's or Apple's respective policies.
5. الاستخدام العادل ونزاهة التجربة5. Fair Use & Trial Integrity
التجربة المجانية مخصصة لمرة واحدة لكل جهاز. أي محاولة للتحايل على هذا الحد — مثل التلاعب بساعة الجهاز، أو إعادة تثبيت التطبيق بقصد الحصول على تجارب متعددة، أو التلاعب بآلية التحقق من الاشتراك — قد تؤدي إلى تقييد الوصول إلى الميزات المدفوعة إلى حين حل المشكلة.
The free trial is limited to one per device. Any attempt to circumvent this limit — such as manipulating your device clock, reinstalling the app to obtain multiple trials, or tampering with the subscription verification mechanism — may result in restricted access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
6. مسؤوليتك عن بياناتك6. Your Content & Data Responsibility
أنت المالك الوحيد للبيانات التي تُدخلها في التطبيق (أسماء الطلاب، الدرجات، الحضور، وغيرها)، وأنت المسؤول الوحيد عن دقتها وعن الالتزام بأي أنظمة أو لوائح تتعلق بحماية بيانات الطلاب في بلدك أو مؤسستك التعليمية. نظراً لأن جميع بياناتك تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك (راجع سياسة الخصوصية)، فإنك مسؤول أيضاً عن إنشاء نسخ احتياطية وتأمين جهازك.
You are the sole owner of the data you enter into the app (student names, grades, attendance, and so on), and you are solely responsible for its accuracy and for complying with any laws or regulations related to student data protection in your country or institution. Because all your data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy), you are also responsible for creating backups and securing your device.
7. الملكية الفكرية7. Intellectual Property
التطبيق، بما في ذلك تصميمه وشعاره وأيقونته وشيفرته البرمجية، مملوك لمطوّر معيار المعلم (Meyarm) ومحمي بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. لا يمنحك استخدام التطبيق أي حق في نسخه أو إعادة توزيعه أو تعديله أو إجراء هندسة عكسية عليه، باستثناء ما تسمح به القوانين المعمول بها صراحةً.
The app, including its design, logo, icon, and source code, is owned by the Meyar Almoallem developer (Meyarm) and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Using the app does not grant you any right to copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer it, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات8. Disclaimer of Warranties
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" (AS IS) و"كما هو متاح" (AS AVAILABLE) دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أم ضمنية، بما في ذلك — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معين أو خلوّه من الأخطاء. لا نضمن أن يعمل التطبيق دون انقطاع أو أن جميع البيانات ستبقى محفوظة في جميع الظروف؛ لذا يُنصح بأخذ نسخ احتياطية دورية.
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or being error-free. We do not guarantee the app will run uninterrupted or that all data will be preserved under every circumstance; regular backups are recommended.
9. حدود المسؤولية9. Limitation of Liability
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمّل مطوّر معيار المعلم أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، بما في ذلك — على سبيل المثال — فقدان البيانات نتيجة تلف الجهاز أو حذف التطبيق أو عدم أخذ نسخة احتياطية.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Meyar Almoallem developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including, for example, data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or the absence of a backup.
10. إنهاء الاستخدام10. Termination
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيته من جهازك، وهو ما يؤدي إلى حذف قاعدة البيانات المحلية وبياناتها. نحتفظ بالحق في تقييد الوصول إلى الخدمات المتصلة بالإنترنت (مثل تفعيل الاشتراك) في حال إساءة الاستخدام أو انتهاك هذه الشروط، مثل ما ورد في القسم 5 أعلاه.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device, which removes the local database and its data. We reserve the right to restrict access to internet-connected services (such as subscription activation) in cases of abuse or violation of these terms, as described in Section 5 above.
11. التعديلات على هذه الشروط11. Changes to These Terms
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات يُعدّ موافقة على الشروط المحدَّثة.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
